In recent years, the brand has experienced rapid growth in markets such as Korea, Japan, and China, becoming a rising international lifestyle brand loved by fashion and K-culture audiences alike.

Rockfish Weatherwear is now expanding into Singapore and will be opening its first Singapore store at ION Orchard.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the setup and launch of the Singapore flagship store, including pre-opening recruitment, training, visual merchandising, inventory receiving, SOP establishment, and launch event execution

Potential opportunity to be involved in future regional expansion projects

Oversee the overall daily operations and sales performance of the store

Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and store standards

Analyse sales performance and business data to drive store growth

Execute and maintain brand visual merchandising standards

Manage inventory and product operations efficiently

Create a strong in-store brand experience with an elevated aesthetic atmosphere

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including at least 3 years in a management role

Experience in premium shopping malls such as Orchard Road, ION Orchard, VivoCity, Marina Bay Sands, or Ngee Ann City will be an advantage

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good understanding of retail operations and sales performance analysis

Passion for fashion, aesthetics, and brand culture

Customer-focused with a hands-on and lead-by-example attitude

Good command of both English and Chinese

Sales-driven, proactive, resourceful, and able to perform well in a fast-paced retail environment

Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays; a 6-day work week may apply based on roster arrangements
