We are hiring a customer-focused Retail Customer Experience Associate to join our showroom team.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating a comfortable customer experience, and working in a clean, modern retail environment. This is not a pushy hard-selling environment.
You will help customers explore products, understand their needs, and create a smooth in-store experience from browsing to purchase.
- Welcome and assist showroom customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features and differences confidently
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support day-to-day showroom operations and stock coordination
- Assist with customer enquiries and after-sales coordination when required
- Is friendly, presentable, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is responsible and able to work independently
- Can commit to retail working hours, including weekends/public holidays
- Has prior retail, hospitality, cabin crew, customer service, or sales experience (preferred but not required)
