Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Demonstrate passion and strong knowledge of the brand and products

Team & Development
• Participate in training and development programs
• Complete onboarding and induction programs according to company standards

Product & Store Operations
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and VM standards
• Support daily shop floor operations, stock replenishment, and merchandising
• Assist with deliveries, returns, stock takes, and cycle counts

Performance & Store Support
• Achieve individual and store sales KPIs
• Support productivity improvement initiatives and loss prevention
• Stay updated on competitors and market trends

CRM & Customer Support
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Support CRM data collection and customer engagement initiatives
• Assist with transactions, exchanges, complaints, and returns

Systems & Compliance
• Use POS systems and digital tools efficiently
• Adhere to company policies, grooming, and operational guidelines

Requirements
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Passion for premium fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and peak periods
• Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
