Hardware Retail Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Customer First: Greet customers warmly, listen to their project needs, and guide them to the right tools, hardware, or materials.
Store Upkeep: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are correctly priced and labeled. Keep the sales floor clean and safe.
Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges with a smile.
Inventory Control: Assist with receiving shipments, unloading inventory, and reporting low-stock items.
