About the role:

As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups with a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provideindustry-leading solutions to our strategic accounts

What you’ll own

  • Cross selling products and services
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of top Korean/Japan enterprise merchants, as well as other strategically significant APAC‑to‑Global merchants.
  • Trusted advisor and Industry expert
  • An extended member of our merchant’s payment teams
  • Ensure alignment of merchant technology and business strategies
  • Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
  • Analytical skills to provide data deep dives for our merchants
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.  

What you bring

·       Extensive experience in account management with commercial acumen

·       At least 5 years of experience interacting and partnering with seniormanagement

·       Keen interest in payments and technology

·      Proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese languages will be an added advantage (but not a must) to support engagement with partners and clients in Korea/Japan
