Outlet Focus: Spa & Massage Therapy, Facial Treatments
Employment Type: Full-time 10am - 8pm (6 day week)

Salary - Basic + Commission = $3200++

At our Hillview outlet, we specialize in therapeutic massages, rejuvenating spa rituals, and customized facial treatments. We’re looking for a welcoming, organized, and service-driven receptionist to be the first smiling face our guests meet.

Role Overview

As our Spa Receptionist, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments for massage and facial services, and ensure every guest feels the Balik Kampung spirit from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Warmly welcome and check in guests for spa, massage, and facial appointments

Provide clear information on services, packages, pricing, and promotions

Handle guest inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, online booking) professionally

Ensure guest comfort in the waiting area (refreshments, intake forms)

Operations & Scheduling

Manage appointment bookings using spa software/system

Coordinate with therapists to avoid double-booking or overloading schedules

Process payments (cash, card, vouchers, memberships)

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area

Sales & Membership Support

Introduce and upsell spa packages, massage services add-ons, and package plans

Assist guests in redeeming promotions

Support outlet team with daily opening/closing procedures

Admin & Communication

Answer calls and reply to messages promptly

Prepare daily sales reports and transaction summaries

Restock forms, towels, brochures, and refreshments as needed

Relay guest feedback or special requests to therapists/manager

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Prior receptionist or front desk experience (spa, beauty, clinic, hotel, or service industry preferred)

Skills:

Friendly, patient, and well-groomed

Organized with attention to detail

Basic math for cashiering and memberships

Comfortable with booking systems / Google Calendar / POS (training given)

Language: Good English + Chinese a plus for Hillview area’s diverse guests)

Attitude: Team player, proactive, calm under pressure (especially during peak hours)

Working Conditions

Location: Hillview (near Hillview MRT / rail corridor area)

Working hours: shifts including weekends and public holidays (spa operations)

Attire: Neat casual or spa uniform provided
