Pan-United is a global leader in low-carbon concrete technologies catalysing change in the concrete space. We’re seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers excellent customer service and keeps operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to visitors
Manage incoming calls, messages, and general enquiries
Receive, sort and distribute mail
Arrange outgoing courier services when required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception and meeting areas
Support meeting room bookings and basic setup (e.g. refreshments, AV and etc)
Assist with VIP visit arrangements and coordination
Assist with admin work including coordination with vendors
Support periodic tasks (e.g. billing coordination, reporting, calendar updates)
General administrative and ad-hoc support as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum secondary education or equivalent
Proficient in written and spoken English
Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk or administrative role preferred
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office)
