Job description for Quantity Surveyor at TIAN FU CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation
- Responsible to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation
- Responsible for taking off quantity for both tender & ongoing projects
- Responsible for promptly submission of progress claims and reports
- Responsible for maintenance of proper documentation
- To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters.
- Other Quantity Surveyor duties as assigned
