Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, tender submissions, VO, progress claims and final accounts.

Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Measure quantities and prepare cost estimates.

Monitor project budgets and project costing.

Attend site meetings when required.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building or related field.

1–3 years experience in renovation, interior fit-out or construction industry preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to read drawings and perform quantity take-off.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
