JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for all aspects of quantity surveying work i.e. tendering, quantity take-off, budget, price comparison, preparation of contracts / PO for subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, call quotations, sourcing of new suppliers, subcontractors and procurement.

Responsible on follow-ups on claims, certifications, VO, settlement of final accounts with clients, sub-contractors, supplier, etc.

Responsible for preparation of warranties, submission of operation manuals and as-built drawings from subcontractors to clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in QS Studies / Buildings

Minimum 2 years working experience with building contracts experience

Possess initiative and be able to work independently

Have good communication skills, both written and spoken

Singaporean or Permanent Resident only. Candidate require working pass need NOT apply.
