Responsibilities:

Assist Senior QS manage post-contract cost control, budgeting, and cash flow for construction projects.

Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Assist Senior QS on evaluate and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) and manage project variations.

Prepare and certify progress claims, verify invoices, and process payments.

Produce cost reports, forecasts, and commercial updates for management.

Assist Senior QS to finalize project accounts, including negotiation of final accounts with stakeholders.

Handle contractual issues, claims, and dispute resolution.

Collaborate with project teams to assess cost and time impacts of changes.

Assist on tendering activities including quotations, cost comparison, and pricing.

Attend site and progress meetings; liaise with clients and consultants.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore’s building construction industry, preferably with a Main Contractor.

Experience with HDB contracts and tendering processes is an advantage.

Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel; proficiency in Bluebeam is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
