Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civil Works Construction)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil works construction to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and ensuring the commercial success of our infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review cost estimates, and budgets.

Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims

Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

Assist in contract negotiation and administration

Track project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle

Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction industry (civil projects preferred)

Familiar with Singapore LTA contracts

Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and MS Excel

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

Previous involvement in civil infrastructure works such as drainage, roads, utility diversion, or lift shaft structures
