Tender BQ take-off

Understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work and non-material requirements

Detailed breakdown pricing and preparation of quotation for tender submission

Follow up on submitted tenders

Tender meetings and negotiations

Project and contract administration, including account receivables

Progress payment claims, VO & finalisation of accounts

Attending to sales enquiries

Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Pre-requisite

Diploma in QS or equivalent

Min. 2 years of relevant experience

Meticulous and able to work independently

Well versed with MS Office Applications
