About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd'. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects in the Buona Vista Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

Analyzing and interpreting contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements

Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements

Monitoring and controlling project costs, including preparing progress reports and invoices

Providing expert advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders

Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks and opportunities

Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

Excellent understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and quantity surveying principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
