Job Description & Responsibilities:

Handle pre- and post-tender quantity surveying scope of work.

Manage various aspects of contract and commercial management.

Perform quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).

Monitor and control construction and production costs efficiently.

Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate effective solutions.

Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Preferably 1–3 years of HDB project experience in a related role.

Specialization in Civil / Construction / Structural Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

Proficiency in Glodon Cubicost is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Additional Skills:

Strong technical knowledge in measurement, cost estimation, construction technology, contracts, and construction law.

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate clearly, both spoken and written.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
