Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: 20 Jalan Lekar, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,200/month
Leave Benefits: 14 days annual leave (to start) + other leaves as per MOM requirements

Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor ready to make an impact in the landscaping and construction industry? At OneO2Plants, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration across our projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform quantity take-offs from BQ/Drawings

Assist in tender pricing, prepare tender replies, and attend interviews

Source and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors

Review contract documents and highlight variances

Prepare and submit VO costs, progress claims, and final accounts

Manage and certify sub-contractor claims

Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or related fields

Has at least 2 years of relevant experience

Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills

Is proficient in Excel, PDF editors, and cost estimation tools

Communicates clearly and works well under pressure
