Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in construction-related projects to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting project costing, preparing quotations, managing progressive claims, and coordinating closely with our sales and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgeting, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects.

Develop and submit quotations for tenders, sales proposals, and project requirements.

Manage order submissions accurately and ensure timely processing.

Prepare, compile, and submit progressive claims along with complete supporting documentation.

Assist in tracking variation orders and support project cost control throughout project lifecycle.

Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate project information, scope, timelines, and requirements.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and ensure compliance with company and project standards.

Liaise with operations teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors where necessary to support project execution.

Provide QS support to our Malaysia branch when required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience in architectural or interior solutions projects will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quotation preparation, and contract documentation.

Must be strong in mathematics with high numerical accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems is a plus.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Training will be provided.

5-day work week.
