Overall Job Objectives

Assist Tender manager with project tender / to assist Project manager to establish the quantity, unit rate, cost. Manage the procurement, evaluation, claim, payment process and prepare the necessary data for cost reporting.
 

Core Responsibilities

Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity

Request for quotation from vendor and preparation of subcontract agreement and / or purchase order.

Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts

To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.

As and when required, you could also travel to and visit work site

Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers of specified materials

Assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

 

Job Specifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized University.

Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings

Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
