Position: Quantity Surveyor (Civil Subcontract Works)

Location: Woodlands (Mandai)
Working Hours: Mon to Sat (5.5 days)
Salary: $2800 - $4000

Roles & Responsibilities

Reports directly to the Project Director

Handle quantity surveying for subcontract works (Civil)

Prepare project tender submissions, including bills of quantities, review tender drawings, material specifications, and related documents

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts

Manage subcontractor-related issues as they arise

Attend site meetings to coordinate progress, resolve problems, and support decision-making for successful project completion

Draft P&S layout plans

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year’s working experience in quantity surveying

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

Self-motivated and able to work independently
