Job summary:

Perform checking on incoming materials, finished products, production line.  Plan and liaise with relevant departments to execute projects, non routine testing etc. Assist Manager in audits.

Job responsibilities:

Liaise with relevant department on incoming materials schedule and perform the relevant checking.

Review COAs to ensure conformity of the raw materials and packaging materials before use

Conduct production line checking

Complete finished products checking on time 

Perform microbial checking on the raw materials, packaging materials, water samples from line and finished products.

Assist in data collection and investigation when non conformance occur.

Support in non routine testing and project

Ensure all equipment are calibrated and in good working condition.

Liaise with testing lab on external testing

Requirements to excel in this position.

Minimum diploma and degree (Certified in Food Science and Technology or its equivalent)

Able to work independently or as a team

Good analytical skills, detailed person

Good communication and written skills.

Willing to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Office
 

 - Able to start work immediately or at short notice would be preferred
