ROLES:
Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
Prepare Bills of Quantity
Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
Carry out contract administration duties
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Be able to take instructions and work independently
Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
Able to work well in a team
