Key Responsibilities

Perform in-process and outgoing inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection records across digital systems (e.g. MES, SAP, spreadsheets) for traceability and compliance

Identify, record, and escalate quality issues and non-conformances; support root cause analysis and corrective actions

Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues

Assist in preparing and revising inspection checklists and documentation

Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in electronics manufacturing or EMS environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Familiarity with digital systems such as MES, SAP, or similar tools is an advantage

Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness

Good teamwork and communication skills

Comfortable working in a production environment

Basic computer skills for data entry and checklist preparation

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience in box build or system integration environment is a plus

Willing to work overtime when required
