Job description for QC Manager at ACP Metal Finishing
Responsibilities:
Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
Prepare and review the quality work procedures or instructions, and works with various stakeholders within the company to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and requirements.
Proactive in seeking continuous improvement throughout day-to-day QC activities.
Develop, implement and maintain QC Inspection Plans, and procedures aligned with ISO standards and customer requirements.
Conducts training for QC personnel, to ensure their competencies are met.
Responsible for timely investigation of non-conformances, and responds in a timely manner. Drive the participants of other departments to carry out and implementing the corrective/preventive actions.
Assists QA Manager in conducting the internal audits.
Prepare and generate QC report for monthly management meeting.
Work closely with Sales, Technical and Production to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
Requirements:
Possesses Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quality or Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of management/supervisory experience in quality environment.
Qualified Internal Auditor would be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
