Responsibilities:

Ensure all products meet specifications and customers’ requirements.

Ensure all quality reports and records are accurately generated and updated in a timely manner.  Keep and maintain quality records as required by the system.

Monitor and analyze quality performance indices on qualified processes and establish good control to maintain quality performance.

Responsible for all measurements tools and equipment.  Ensure that they are timely calibrated and maintained in optimum conditions.

Responsible for quality assurance program and system in the company, including and not limited to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Work with Process Engineers to improve statistical process control and other statistical tools for control and improvement.

Plan and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement program.

Ensure Job Order Transactions for QC Operation are updated timely.

Any other task that may be assigned by superior as and when necessary.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 years relevant experience in Quality Control / Assurance.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, familiar with ISO quality system.

Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented, take initiative, self-driven, willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
