About the Role:

The primary responsibility of the QC Lab Technician to assist the Engineer & Supervisors in taking charge of the QA/QC activities especially in inspection & equipment troubleshooting and documents updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs inspection support, including first-piece sample, in-process, and final inspections according to SOP.

Experience in rubber mixing, QC laborotary and QC final Inspection is a added advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

Conducts general maintenance or cleaning for inspection equipment.

Ensures the cleanliness of the work area, upkeeping of equipment and assists in PM program.

Maintains the QC documentation program.

Follow QESH-MS Work Procedures and SOP.

What We’re Looking For:

Nitec & above in Chemical Engineering or equivalent

Preferably with a Chemistry or Polymer background and working experience 1-2 years in a similar industry

Experience in rubber mixing, QC laboratory & QC final inspection will be an added advantage.

Good working knowledge of the inspection process

Computer-literate

Hands-on experience with the lab equipments

Keen to work in a lab environment.

Able to handle a mechanical machine.

Self-disciplined, independent and responsible, meticulous and resourceful

Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport provided)

Commence work: ASAP.

Applicants can work in Singapore without requiring a work pass.

Working hours: 8:00-4:45 pm (Mon - Fri)
