About the role

As a QA/QC Executive at YCT Import & Export Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. Based in the West Coast West Region, this full-time position will see you partnering with various teams to uphold the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing quality assurance and control procedures

Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues

Analysing data and preparing detailed quality reports for management

Collaborating with production, logistics and engineering teams to improve processes

Providing training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices

Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

Relevant degree or diploma in a technical discipline such as quality management or a related field

Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, with experience in ISO22000/ FSSC22000.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high quality standards

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
