Job Responsibilities:
Independently carry out standardized operations in accordance with SOP and 6S requirements, complete relevant quality inspection and testing tasks under guidance, and ensure work is completed on time.
Perform product inspection, testing, and related supporting tasks in accordance with inspection standards, testing requirements, and work plans.
Identify, record, and report abnormalities found during inspection or testing; promptly escalate unresolved issues and support follow-up actions.
Organize, consolidate, and report testing results, inspection data, and related records as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in implementing on-site quality management requirements and support the execution of 6S and related operational standards.
Support daily inspection, testing, scheduling execution, and other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain good teamwork with colleagues, improve work efficiency, and support the smooth operation of department quality and testing activities.
Job Requirements:
NITEC or above, preferably in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing quality inspection, product testing, or related positions is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
Familiar with basic quality inspection, testing execution, and shopfloor operation requirements, and able to perform standardized operations in accordance with SOP and 6S standards.
Possess basic data recording, consolidation, and reporting skills, and be proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, with the ability to complete testing, inspection, and related supporting tasks as planned.
Able to identify basic abnormalities, provide timely feedback, and support issue handling; able to escalate abnormalities promptly when identified.
Good teamwork and communication skills, careful and detail-oriented at work, able to follow work arrangements and adapt to the pace of shopfloor operations.
Candidates with experience in quality inspection, product testing, electronics manufacturing, or quality abnormality handling will have an advantage
