Job Summary

We are a moving company seeking a responsible and motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and file company documents to maintain easy access and accurate records
  • Print and prepare daily work schedules to support team coordination
  • Enter data and update records accurately to maintain up-to-date information
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support office functions
  • Use computer software and systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use office software for daily tasks
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently with responsibility and maturity
  • Ability to converse in basic Mandarin to support communication needs

Other Information

Working Hours

  • Less than 35 hours per week
  • Part-time position with flexible working arrangements
  • No fixed working hours; complete assigned tasks within given timelines
  • Work-from-home available after initial training and familiarisation

Location

  • Office located at Hougang (Defu)
