Job Summary
We are a moving company seeking a responsible and motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow.
Responsibilities
- Organise and file company documents to maintain easy access and accurate records
- Print and prepare daily work schedules to support team coordination
- Enter data and update records accurately to maintain up-to-date information
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support office functions
- Use computer software and systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use office software for daily tasks
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks for continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently with responsibility and maturity
- Ability to converse in basic Mandarin to support communication needs
Other Information
Working Hours
- Less than 35 hours per week
- Part-time position with flexible working arrangements
- No fixed working hours; complete assigned tasks within given timelines
- Work-from-home available after initial training and familiarisation
