Established Engineering Company specializing in the field of M & E Building Services involving in Design & Build Residential, Commercial and Institutional Buildings is looking for dynamic and committed people to join our team as Senior Project Engineer/ Project Engineer (PSG).

Responsibilities:

Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

Project coordination and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning

Documentation of method statement and work procedures

Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completion as schedule

Schedule and monitor work program and activity to ensure on-time handover of work and liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

Work Assessment for Progress Claims and Sub-Contractor’s payment

Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

Preparation of design construction drawings

Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers

Attend site meetings and inspections.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline

Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage

Min 2 - 5 years working experiences in similar position with relevant design and installation knowledge preferred

Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented

Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
