DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Review enquiries, project specifications, documents and communicate with client for any clarification.
Perform heating equipment sizing, prepare proposals, costing for tenders and submit in timely manner.
Liaise with sub-vendors and obtain technical and commercial support for cost effective design and competitive bid.
Handle technical and commercial clarifications. Attend technical bid clarification meetings where necessary.
Prepare project handover meetings to ensure seamless handover of project.
Assist in maintaining price database.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES
Degree/Diploma in relevant Engineering fields.
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
Exposure to Oil & Gas process engineering is a plus
Knowledge of Oil & Gas and offshore regulations and standards (e.g. ATEX, IECEx, hazardous area equipment safety requirements)
Working knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, ASTM, IEC, ISO, etc.)
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Understanding of technical engineering standards and compliance requirements
Ability to apply industry codes and regulations in practical work
Strong analytical and technical interpretation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
