Project Supervisor
Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 + $50 Mobile Allowance
Working Hours: Monday - Friday & Saturday half day (8:30am –5.30pm)
Working Location: Toa Payoh(Braddell MRT)
Working Location: Project site (depending on the project)
- At least 3 years of working experience in M&E, bringing valuable industry knowledge to the role.
- Assist in the execution of the project assigned to candidate by Project Engineer.
- Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others.
- Assist in handling / storing of materials / equipment.
- Reduce/minimise wastage of materials / equipment.
- Supervise the sub-contractors work.
- Liaise with affiliated parties for the material delivery.
- To ensure proper the handover process of project to the customer upon project completion.
- Ensure safety practices are followed.
- To assist engineer to carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the work site.
- Conduct quality checks of sub contractor/vendor works daily.
- Handle site inspections, to arrange and attend to site inspections with RTO.
- Arrange site inspection with client/main contractors representative and update site installation progress.
- To update the drafter on site changes regularly.
- Arrange and obtain for permit to work before execution of site.
- Raise non conformance product report for nonconforming products.
- Carried out assignment as detailed by the Senior Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager.
