Roles & Responsibilities

·        Responsible for all tender and customers enquiries.

·        Prepare costing including taking off quantity, cost breakdown and preparation of tender submissions.

·        Obtain quotation from subcons and suppliers for price comparison.

·        Conduct negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve competitive pricing.

·        Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule and transportation

·        Monitor and keep track of deliveries from suppliers and sub-contractors.

·        To issue & process work order upon confirmation of order by client.

·        To Issue purchases order to Supplies/Sub-Contractor, verify payments, settlement of final accounts with sub-contractors and suppliers

·        Support Project Team to ensure all site installations are on schedule and according to customer requirements

·        Issue of Delivery Order to client

·        Support Project team on submission of documents to commence work and upon completion of projects. 

·        Preparation of progress claims, variation orders, settlement of final accounts with client

Qualifications/ Requirements:

·        Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management or equivalent relevant qualification

·        At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience 

·        Working experience in the interior fit outs/renovation industry an advantage.

·        Candidates without related working experiences but with relevant qualifications can be considered.

·        Proficient in Microsoft office software.

·        Can communicate effectively in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

·        Good interpersonal & communication skills.
