Project Manager

R1 Contractor Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, manpower, budgeting, site coordination, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee renovation and construction projects from start to completion

Plan project schedules, timelines, and work progress to ensure timely completion

Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and clients

Monitor project budget, material usage, and overall project costs

Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and company standards

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and workmanship quality

Resolve project issues, delays, and site-related challenges efficiently

Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and management teams

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation

Manage project handover, defect rectification, and customer satisfaction after completion
