Project Manager

Salary range – S$7,500.00 to S$9,000.00

Job Description – Project Manager

Responsibilities

To attend Daily Site / Coordination Meetings, Daily Tool Box Meetings with Clients, Main / Sub-Contractors whenever necessary with regards to any site / technical issues, and to update to our own Construction Team and Management

To prepare Site Working Schedule for both Main-Contractor and our internal site team

To work closely and assist with the Contracts Team to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Additional / Variation Orders or the like

To closely monitor safety at project work sites and follow all WSH Rules and Regulations

To prepare Minutes of Meetings for all joint meetings held with Clients, Main / Sub-Contractors or Site Personnel

To prepare relevant documents (Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, Organizational Chart, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)) for submission

To study Shop-Drawings and Advise Main / Sub-Contractors as well as our own Site team personnel on technical knowledge pertaining to site works 

To manage and account for all Tools, Materials, Equipment & Machinery delivered to site

To Manage Work Force on site for both Company and Supply workers

Any other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director / General Manager

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or similar course

Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore in the related field

Minimum 5 years of experience working for Government Projects (E.g. LTA, HDB, PUB, Etc)

Has experience in Reinforced Concrete Works

Has Experience in construction of Pilecaps, Columns, Slabs, Beams, Walls, Piers, Crossheads, Viaducts, etc

Has Experience in Top-Down / Bottom-Up Construction

Minimum basic knowledge of overseeing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
