Responsibilities

Oversee site works and activities, and provide overall leadership to the project teams

Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets

Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met

Ensure the project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality

Lead, plan and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects in A&A or newly built sector in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule

Ensure monthly progress report is prepared on timely manner

Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all works are carried out according to the Project Quality Plan (PQP).

Ensure site organization, workforce management and arrangement

Attending all meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors

Liaise with internal and external parties for project management
Ensure the site team comply with client & regulatory requirements.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV for Commercial / Industrial /

ACMV, and Electrical experience is preferred

Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Autocad
