Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams is required to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management and coordination of construction projects
Planning and monitoring of project schedules, manpower, and resources
Management of project progress, quality, safety, and cost control
Coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers
Review and management of project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Conduct project meetings and preparation of project reports
Monitoring of site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
Identification and resolution of project issues, risks, and delays
Administration of project contracts, variation works, and project documentation
Ensure timely completion and successful delivery of projects
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related disciplines
Relevant experience in construction project management
Sound knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site coordination
Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and construction practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building, infrastructure, or MEP projects
Familiarity with contract administration and project cost control
Singapore project experience will be an added advantage
