Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate with project teams and other departments to monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring works are carried out according to approved schedules and budgets.

Liaise closely with Main Contractors, Architects, Consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and completion.

Prepare, review, and submit project documentation including work programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessments.

Ensure all construction activities comply with workplace safety regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions, delays, and cost overruns.

Monitor project performance, resolve technical and operational issues proactively, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.

Oversee procurement coordination, cost control, and resource planning to support successful project delivery.

Attend project meetings, site inspections, and coordination sessions when required.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Aluminium & Glazing project management works.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Proven experience in project planning, cost control, procurement, and supplier management.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred. Malaysian candidates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
