Responsibilities

Oversee assigned projects to ensure timely completion within budget, quality, and safety requirements

Plan and manage delivery and installation schedules

Coordinate site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment

Supervise subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and workmanship quality

Issue job orders to production team and monitor delivery timelines

Manage installation works for aluminium windows, doors, and curtain wall systems

Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors

Coordinate technical submissions, safety matters, and site activities with stakeholders

Work closely with fabrication and design teams on:

Material sample submissions

Shop drawings

Material specifications

Work method statements

Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships

Supervise site staff, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and safe work practices

Prepare progress reports, progress claims, and verify subcontractor claims

Support variation claims with proper documentation and site records

Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related construction field

Must qualify for registration as a Technical Controller under BCA requirements

Minimum 5 years of post-degree experience in General Building construction projects

Experience in Singapore HDB, residential, commercial, curtain wall, window, or aluminium-related projects is preferred

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and window schedules

Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of HDB procedures and CONQUAS standards is advantageous

Strong coordination, communication, and people management skills

Good problem-solving skills with proactive working attitude
