Job Description
Must be a passionate and energetic leader with the ability to guide, motivate, and manage the team effectively.
Possess a strong understanding of cost control, variations, and change management.
Able to monitor and manage procurement of materials in a systematic and efficient manner.
Capable of managing both in-house and subcontractor workforce on site, ensuring timely completion of works in a safe and quality manner.
Able to liaise and manage clients effectively with regard to business matters, safety, cost control, and timely execution of construction activities.
Proactive in identifying potential issues and resolving them before they escalate.
Job Requirements
A minimum of a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent recognised qualification is required.
Well-versed both technically and practically in electrical installations and basic design in accordance with Singapore Standards.
You should adapt with RNC’s ISO systems (Quality, Safety & Environmental) and be innovative to suggest improvisation in the system
Knowledgeable in Lighting, Small power, Earthing, Lightning Protection and ELV systems.
Good Organisation skills, planning and Prioritizing works
Possess a proactive “go-getter” mindset with strong communication skills.
Accountable and responsible for the actions and performance of the site team.Responsible for actions of the Team on site
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a “live” process plant environment is an added advantage.
Knowledge of instrumentation works will be an added advantage.
Possession of a Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
