Project Manager (2-Year Contract)
Join HeritageSG as a Project Manager and lead the delivery of digital heritage initiatives that span multiple institutions, research partners, and technology vendor.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with governance frameworks – while also supporting HSG's broader project delivery needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and reporting across digital heritage initiatives, esnruing timely and high-quality delivery.
Maintain governance discipline by implementing structured stage gates and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Monitoring and manage project risk, issues, dependencies, and escalations across multiple workstreams.
Ensure alignment with organisational governance framework and established project life cycle processes.
Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and communication across internal divisions, clients, partners, and external vendors.
Coordinate with NHB and external partners (e.g. NUS, SIT, NYP) where projects involve multiple organisations.
Track project scope, budget utilisation, and performance indicators; ensuring adherence to approved workplans.
Provide structured oversight, maintaining transparency on delivery risks, quality milestone, and project outcomes.
Oversee procurement processes and vendor management, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and governance requirement.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to boarder organisational digital product and service delivery initiatives beyond the DHIP programme as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience managing digital or technology-related projects with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, CITPM or COMIT are advantageous.
Demonstrated understanding of governance frameworks and project controls practices. Familiar with government IM8 guidelines is advantageous.
Proficiency in project management tools and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
A Collaborative team player who is able to work independently with initiative to keep projects on track.
