Job Description
Project Management Intern (Part Time)
Half-day Internship (Monday to Friday, 10.00AM to 3.00PM, with rest periods in between)
We are seeking for 5 proactive Project Management Interns to support the Operational Readiness (ORAT) programme for the launch of a new Integrated Regional Ferry and International Cruise Terminal.
In this role, you will be directly involved in simulation exercises and coordination efforts to prepare the terminal for operations, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end passenger flows, systems, and real-world operational planning.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the ORAT Programme Team on logistics, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements
- Participate in ORAT simulation exercises by role-playing as passengers and the public
- Observe and understand end-to-end Concept of Operations (ConOps) and system flows
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of operational readiness activities
- Assist in conducting briefings and leading volunteer participants during simulations
