Responsibilities:

· Day-to-day management on-site, including supervising and monitoring the site and coordinating with sub-contractors.

· Oversee projects progress & construction activities.

· Submit shop drawings and obtain approval from consultants and/or clients.

· Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedules.

· Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients for the execution of works.

· Ensure compliance with all safety and quality procedures and standards.

· Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or NiTEC or other relevant qualifications

· Relevant working experience in interior fit-out works or construction field

· Able to read architectural and technical drawings, which translate to construction activities

· Able to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines

· Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook.

· Possess the relevant safety certifications like BCSS a plus
