About the role

As a Project Executive at The DreamR Project Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within the Bukit Merah Central Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with a talented team and contribute to the company's strategic growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the management team

Identifying and addressing any risks or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle

Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures

Providing support and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional development

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry

Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and resource management

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks

Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team members
