KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for leading and coordinating engineering activities for projects to ensure technical requirements, project timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are achieved.

Serves as the key technical focal point between internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project execution cycle.

Lead and coordinate engineering activities for assigned projects from kick-off to project completion.

Lead project execution by reviewing electrical engineering deliverables and ensuring that all equipment and systems comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Review electrical engineering documents, drawings, and specifications submitted by clients or internal teams.

Monitor engineering progress to ensure timely submission of drawings, documents, and deliverables.

Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.

Ensure all electrical equipment and systems meet project requirements, technical standards, and regulatory compliance.

Verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.

Coordinate with project teams & clients to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.

Participate in project meetings, technical discussions, and design reviews.

Monitor project progress related to electrical scope and highlight risks or non-compliance issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and project execution.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCES

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.

At least 8 years of experience in electrical engineering within project environments.

Experience in reviewing electrical systems, equipment specifications, and drawings.

Familiarity with international standards.

Good understanding of electrical systems such as power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
