About the role

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related matters

Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, work schedules, and technical submissions

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and cost control

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation

Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities with relevant stakeholders

Support project managers in the successful delivery of construction projects

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry in Singapore

Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret engineering and construction drawings

Familiar with Singapore construction regulations, codes, and industry practices

Good project coordination and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Possess a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn

Experience in building, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects

Knowledge of Microsoft Project, BIM software, or other engineering software will be an advantage
