Join Our Team – Project Engineer

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support and manage project execution across multiple construction works. If you enjoy hands-on site coordination, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, we welcome you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed

Interpret drawings and identify discrepancies across all trades, providing practical solutions

Plan, schedule, monitor, control, and coordinate site works to ensure timely completion

Lead supervisors and workers to execute works accurately and in accordance with client requirements

Manage end-to-end project delivery based on defined scope, project plan, and stakeholder sign-off

Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

Oversee and manage multiple minor projects concurrently

Coordinate building services works including preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and A&A works

Handle civil, structural, architectural, building repair, piling, plumbing, and related construction works

Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline recognised by BCA

Quantity surveying knowledge will be an added advantage

Experience in marine construction industry is preferred; fresh graduates may also apply

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership ability

Good analytical skills and able to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
