Responsibilities
Requirements
- Responsible for planning, supervision, and monitoring of work progress at the project site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
- Attend and represent the company at site meetings; perform site measurements as required.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
- Prepare, manage, and submit all necessary project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge in Main Contract Works including Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Architectural, M&E and related trades.
- Meticulous with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Candidate will assume a Project Management role for this position.
- 6-day work week.
