PROJECT ENGINEER

 Job Description:

• Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), Passenger & Material Hoist and Mast Climber Platform (MCP) detailed design to assist the various projects.

• Supervise and lead the supervisor for site installation works.

• Attend site technical meeting and conduct project progress meeting to manage the site progress.

• Understand customer requirement specifications and manage project lifecycle.

• Preparation of BMU layout shop drawings, oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation.

• With familiarity with BCA/MOM requirements, study and analyse existing building maintenance unit and gives recommendation for BMU system improvement as per customer requirement.

• Ensure the timely delivery and implementation of the BMU system design packages and support the review of design packages specific to the controls scope of work by attending design review meetings to provide feedback from a constructability and coordination perspective.

• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

3 years of working experience

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to meet timeline and work under pressure
