Plan the project schedules according to the customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track and update the schedule progress
Work with the consultants, architects, and contractors to handle all technical matters
Attend project-related meetings with the users, owner, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, etc
Handle project administrative matters such as timely submission of claims and ensure that all claims are accurate and compliant with the main contractor’s requirement
Produce application engineering outputs such as System architecture, sub-systems interfacing points, detailed IO point schedules, DDC/ PLC control panel drawings, equipment and control valve schedules, description of operations, database generation, graphics development, system hardware and software configuration and programming, etc. Proposal of HVAC and EMS control strategies in various applications.
Manage the technical aspects of the Project: design, integration, testing, FAT, installation, commissioning, and warranty. Validate technical choices in compliance with the design (based on Technical Design Process). Manage stakeholders involved in the execution.
Work in close collaboration with customer's project teams, consultants, main contractor, 3rd party vendors & technical leaders for sub-parts to understand the project milestones & deliverables and contribute to the overall profitability of projects, and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Constantly strive to improve the efficiency of the Engineering Solutions through the use of standards, tools, best practices, and lessons learned associated with Controls Strategy, Programming, Graphics, Database generation, testing, and Engineering Documentation to final Operation & Maintenance Manual.
Insure good project execution within the allocated budget. Identify and anticipate potential risks vs. the agreed budget. Identify and implement technical optimization to save time and cost. Contribute to overall Project risk analysis, assess technical risks, and propose all necessary actions to avoid, mitigate or reduce their impacts. Pro-active in developing and implementing risk response strategies to minimize or remove risks
