About the role

Interiality Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Construction team based in the Eunos Central Region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications

Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the construction process, and providing timely updates to the project stakeholders

Ensuring the site is maintained in a safe and organised manner, in line with health and safety regulations

Preparing detailed reports and documentation to track project progress and performance

Collaborating with the design team to ensure the construction work aligns with the project requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar construction management role

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
